ABOUT THE MEDICAL TRAVEL PROGRAM

The Fort St. John Firefighters Charitable Society Medical Travel Program helps individuals and families access financial support for medical travel outside Fort St. John.

 

 Medical travel can place an unexpected financial burden on families during already difficult times. Through this program, we help support travel, accommodation, and meal expenses so patients and their loved ones can focus on what matters most — their health and recovery.

The program supports residents of Fort St. John and surrounding communities who need to travel for qualifying medical care.

 

​Below you will find information on eligibility, how to apply for funding, and additional resources available to support medical travel.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply for support through the Medical Travel Fund, please complete the application form.  Please email completed application forms to applicationsfsjfcs@gmail.com.

 

Once received, applications are reviewed by the Fort St. John Firefighters Charitable Society to determine eligibility for support.

All information submitted will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of reviewing Medical Travel Fund applications.
